Review on basketball hoop and FitnessEquipmentNow

I'm 90% of the way through setting up the hoop. It seems very solid and a great product.

The backboard must weigh 150lbs, just a really thick and quality product.

The backboard trim is wrapped in metal, showed up scraped and dinged up pretty good. I have called FitnessEquipmentNow for help with this issue and no one every answers so not the best follow up experience which stinks.
