To cancel an order: simply reply to the confirmation email you received when you placed your order to let us know and we will process your refund immediately.
To return a product that has already shipped for a full refund, just let us know at Info@fitnessequipmentnow.com with the reason for returning the item. Returns will be accepted within 30 days of receiving your product. All items need to be returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition as determined by the manufacturer. All return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. After we receive back the returned item, refunds will be issued to the same form of payment used when placing your order. A 25% (of the original price) restocking fee will apply.
All products are returnable only if received defective as determined by the manufacturer. This does not cover damage caused by accidents, unreasonable use, negligence, improper care, damage from abuse, unauthorized repair, or buyer’s remorse.
If shipment is refused by customer or non deliverable, return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
If the product itself sustains any damage at all during shipping, please contact us at email@example.com and we will exchange it for you as quickly as possible free of charge. All items need to be returned in their original packaging within 30 days.
Customers that file a chargeback with their credit card company have in essence file a dispute and therefore started a process which can be lengthy, so you will need to be patient. It typically takes 30 days for the merchant processor to process the chargeback and it may take your credit card company up to 75 days to resolve a chargeback and come to a final decision.
For an expedited return process it is much quicker to have The Fitness Outlet process the refund. This process normally takes 24-28 hours from the time we have confirmation that the products have arrived at our return center in like-new condition.
