The tub is beautiful, and I think we will enjoy it. Getting it here was a problem. It was supposed to be free shipping, but I received a call from the shipper stating that he was in my area, but could not deliver to my house because he was driving an 18 wheeler. I suggested he bring it back another day in a smaller truck, to which he replied that he only uses 18 wheelers, and that I would have to come and pick it up. All 350 lbs. of it. With a lot of help, I was able to get it to my house. So, don't count on the free shipping. Once we got it inside and unpacked, we noticed several of the electrical cords were unattached. With an electrician's help, we were able to figure out most of them. I'm still waiting (a couple of weeks now) on a call from customer service on the others. Most distressing was that I was assured the tub would be 110v, but it came 220v, which meant I had to rewire my electrical box. I have to admit that Max has been very helpful and even compensated for the mix up on the electric.
