From the time that I reached out to inquire about the in home 2 person sauna the sales guy can not remember his name but he was GREAT! The was the first experience then I placed the order and the sauna came very quickly and i love the tracking system they gave me to see where it was. It was fairly easy for my husband to put together and the material is quality not cheap. I've been using it and have loved it tremendously. It heats up very quickly, the two person is good for 1 or two regular weight size people. It fits nice in my home gym. I love everything about the sauna and would highly recommend the company and the product. Best Christmas gift to myself next to my Peloton Bike plus.

I absolutely love my Dynamic Venice Infrared Sauna! 2 years ago I was able to get in one for the first time, however, I was not able to stand over 10 minutes because the temperature was at 145° and was not impressed- after becoming ill I started taking chronic illness courses and the information on Infrared Saunas was at the top of the list for healing and that I didn't have to have it at such a high temperature to have the same results with the Chromotherapy lights! I absolutely love my sauna and have recommended my friends to get one for better health! Even my housemate's doctor was going to prescribe he have "Light Therapy" for a weeping rash he's been treated for over 1 1/2 years with a steroid cream & injections!! He is better- IN FACT- he said he was 90% better after 3 - 20 minute time in my sauna- just asked him now- he is in it every morning with the blue light and 25 minutes- at 130° since I upped it a week ago from 120°.
