Great product even better customer service.
Rack is good and fairly easy to assemble once you go to the manufacturer website and get the instruction manual. Didn’t come with one in either box. Also it comes in 2 boxes. They were shipped separately but only one tracking number was provided. My second box came in a few days later so it was no big deal but a second tracking label would be good for other cases that might take more than a few days to get the second box delivered. Reached out to customer service for an instruction manual and never heard back so had to find that myself on the web. Also was suppose to get an email when my second box was shipped and didn’t get that. Rack is good. Customer service could just be a tad better
Also in regards to the shipping in two boxes. Synergee only sent us one tracking number for the shipment. The two boxes were shipped from different synergee warehouses but we had no idea of knowing until your email. again we apologize for the delay.
