If your item(s) is on back order we will reach out to you via e-mail or telephone to let you know. Order Shipment: Your order will ship directly from the manufacturer. As soon as your order ships we will send your tracking information to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. Damages: If the product itself sustains any damage at all during shipping, please contact us at info@fitnessequipmentnow.com and we will exchange it for you as quickly as possible free of charge. All items need to be returned in their original packaging within 30 days. Cancellations and Refunds: Fitness Equipment Now is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! To cancel an order, simply reply to the confirmation email you received when you placed your order to let us know and we will process your refund immediately. To return a product that has already shipped for a full refund, just let us know at Info@fitnessequipmentnow.com with the reason for returning the item. Returns will be accepted within 30 days of receiving your product. All items need to be returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition as determined by the manufacturer. All return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. After we receive back the returned item, refunds will be issued to the same form of payment used when placing your order. A 10% (of the original price) restocking fee will apply. Exceptions include: *Sunny Health & Fitness: All products are only returnable only if received defective as determined by the manufacturer. This does not cover damage caused by accidents, unreasonable use, negligence, improper care, damage from abuse, unauthorized repair, or buyer’s remorse. *Bodycraft: All products must be returned within 15 days and only if still unopened in its factory sealed box. A 20% restocking fee will apply. *Power Plate, Frequency Fitness and Xtreme Monkey: A 15% restocking fee will apply. *Keiser: The Keiser M3 bike must be returned within 15 days. There may be a 15% restocking fee for all items that are not received in the original condition received by the customer. *Echelon: All items are non-refundable *Schwinn, Star Trac and StairMaster: Returns will be accepted only when the package is unopened, and must be authorized in advance by the manufacturer.
